Royal Sovereign prides itself on providing a high standard of service to all or our customers. We actively seek to improve and streamline wherever possible without additional cost to our customers.

* Please note that goods returned for warranty must be well packed to prevent further damage during transit.

* Warranty terms are back to base only.

* Customer shall bear cost of freight to RS International P/L, for warranty returns.

* For each item returned, a description of fault is required along with it's serial number and copy of invoice.

* This RA number is valid for 28 days from the supplied date. A new RA number is required for warehouse to accept items.

Policy for products within warranty

Royal Sovereign is committed to providing the highest quality products at the best value and we do our best to assure our products are free of defects. Our warranty applies to the repair or replacement of a Royal Sovereign product found to be defective in material or workmanship within the date of the original purchase.  This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase.

 

Our warranties do not apply to products damaged resulting from abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance or damage that is attributable to acts of nature.  Royal Sovereign International, Inc. (and its affiliated companies) is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature.  This limitation would not apply if you live in those areas that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

Defective products must be returned to your retailer for replacement or refund if within the retailers return policy. Royal Sovereign does not grant refunds. If a product cannot be returned to the retailer due to it being out of the retailers return time period, but is within the Royal Sovereign product warranty time frame, then the product may be repaired by one of Royal Sovereigns authorized service centers or shipped back to Royal Sovereign (freight prepaid), with proof of purchase.  If the defective product was purchased within 6 months of original purchase date, then there will no charge for labor, parts, and shipping.  If the defective products was purchased after 6 months but still within the warranty period from the original purchase date from the original vendor, then there will be a 1 way shipping charge.  See individual products for repair/return procedures and shipping charges.

Policy for products sold as refurbished

Items sold as a “Refurbished” by the original authorized vendor have a warranty period of 90 days.  If the refurbished unit falls outside the warranty period of 90 days, then please see the individual products for repair/return procedures and shipping charges.
