Terms of Sales
Please review the following policies before using this website for they set out your rights, obligations, limitations, and exclusions. The placement of your order establishes your agreement to the following policies and all users of this site agree that access to and uses of this site are subject to the following policies.
At Royal Sovereign we are committed to providing great customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s) to us within 14 days of purchase, and we will issue you a refund.
Products must be returned in undamaged condition and with all original packaging and parts/accessories. If a product is returned damaged or with missing items, we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee up to the full value of the purchase, depending on the items damaged or missing.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA). Once a return has been authorized and the return instructions have been provided to the customer, items must be returned postmarked within 2 weeks. The only cost you will incur is the cost of shipping your purchase back to us.
To obtain a return authorization number:
- Email us at email@example.com or call us at (800) 397-1025 to request a return authorization number.
- For email, please follow these 2 steps:
- Email your Full Name, Phone Number, Order Number, RS Item Number, Date of Purchase, Quantity, Reason for Return, and if any components from the original package is missing or damaged.
- Allow up to 72 hours for us to respond to your inquiry with a valid RS RMA number. Please be aware, we do not accept any returns without a valid RMA number.
- After you obtain a return authorization number (RMA), we will e-mail you instructions for shipping the product back to us. (You are responsible for the cost of return shipping).
- Send your product back to us within 2 weeks of receiving your return authorization number. (The shipment must be postmarked within 2 weeks of obtaining RMA#)
- Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in good condition, approve the product(s), and process your refund directly to the original credit card used to place the initial order.
For exchanges of purchases with-in 14 days, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (800) 397-1025 from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday EST with your exchange request. After your information is received and approved, we will send you an e-mail with an authorization number and instructions for your exchange. (Please be aware you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.)
To email a product exchange request, please follow these 2 steps:
- Email your Full Name, Phone Number, Order Number, RS Item Number, Date of Purchase, Quantity, Reason for Exchange, and if any components from the original package is missing or damaged.
- Allow up to 72 hours for us to respond to your inquiry with a valid RS authorization number. Please be aware, we do not accept any exchanges without a valid authorization number.
Note: Royal Sovereign recommends that when you return/exchange a product, you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking to insure your package is safely returned to our warehouse.

Orders placed after 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will ship the following business day. Royal Sovereign business operation hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm EST. Expedited shipments such as 2 day or overnight fall under the same order shipment policy.
Royal Sovereign does not support shipping products in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. Please place a new order to ship to different addresses.
When you place your order, you are responsible for inputting the correct and valid shipping address. Once your order has been submitted we are unable to change the shipping address.
Royal Sovereign does not ship to PO Boxes or locations outside of the United States and does not allow any resale for purchased products.
If Royal Sovereign is to mistakenly post any incorrect copy or price, we reserve the right to cancel the order, whether or not the order has been processed.
Royal Sovereign does not represent or make any warrantees that all copy, price, images, materials, and functions are unremittingly correct. All policies and conditions are valid when you access this website and place your order. All policies can be terminated by Royal Sovereign without any notice, anytime, or reason. Royal Sovereign is not liable for any consequential damages that may result from the use, inability to use, the materials or the performance of the products on this site. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Royal Sovereign shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of New Jersey, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions. Any cause of action or claim made to the respect of this site must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises. Royal Sovereign's failure to insist upon these terms and policies shall not be construed as a waiver of any provisions or right and is not applicable to be modified from the course of conduct between the two parties or a third party. These policies are not meant to be interpreted or construed to confer any rights. If these policies are to be held by a court or jurisdiction to be unenforceable, the policy will be replaced with a valid provision that embodies the intent of the policy so the policies remain in full effect.
